Welcome to London's Imports. By using our website and services, you agree to our terms.
1. Pre-Ordering
All items are subject to availability. Pre-order delivery times are estimated transit times (typically 30–60 business days for sea freight, or 7–14 business days for air freight from Guangzhou, China to Accra, Ghana).
2. Payments
We accept Mobile Money and Cards via our secure payment gateway partners (including Hubtel, Paystack, and other licensed providers). Full payment is required for immediate purchases. Pre-orders may require a deposit.
3. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted for defective items within 7 days of delivery. Change of mind returns are subject to a restocking fee.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers using our sourcing and import services assume full responsibility for:
- Correct Product Selection: Ensuring the accuracy of specifications, sizes, quantities, and variations when submitting order links.
- Accurate Delivery Details: Providing correct local delivery addresses, contact numbers, and recipient details to avoid delays or lost shipments.
- Import Compliance: Verifying that all sourced products comply with Ghana Customs regulations, standards, and import guidelines. We do not source or transport illegal, banned, or restricted items.
5. Supplier & Manufacturer Status
London's Imports is a logistics and sourcing coordination business. We are not the manufacturer, creator, or producer of the products listed or sourced. All warranties, quality concerns, and product specifications are the sole representation of the third-party suppliers in China.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, London's Imports shall not be held liable for:
- Supplier Defects & Faults: Minor product discrepancies, manufacturing defects, or supplier packaging errors that fall outside our visual consolidation verification standard.
- Logistical Delays: Delays in international air or sea cargo shipping resulting from weather, customs backlog, flight/vessel cancellations, or public holidays.
- Customs Seizures: Shipments detained, confiscated, or seized by customs authorities due to regulatory queries, documentation inspections, or brand authenticity disputes beyond our reasonable control.
